Employment Type: Full-Time (relocation required)
Requirements :
Native or native-like proficiency in ENGLISH.
Proficiency in other languages is a significant bonus.
Bachelor's degree in Language Education, Linguistics/ or related field.
Teaching qualification (TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in teaching IELTS, TOEFL, or other proficiency exams is considered a valuable bonus.
Turkish citizenship or a valid Turkish residence permit/visa (preferred).
Experience working with kids, teens, and adults in language instruction.
Open to adapting and implementing TEACHERA’s unique teaching methodology and academic policies.
Creative, social, and disciplined personality that engages students effectively.
Willingness to relocate to KONYA and actively participate in our academic team.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement engaging language lessons tailored to diverse learning styles and levels.
Foster an inclusive and dynamic classroom environment that encourages active participation.
Prepare students for local and international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, YDS, YÖKDİL, OET, etc.).
Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them develop both language skills and cultural awareness.
Collaborate with fellow educators to refine the curriculum and elevate the overall learning experience.
Maintain high academic and professional standards, aligning with Teachera’s educational policies.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
