Which competences do we expect?
· 0 - 3 years purchasing experience
· Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related departments
· Fluent in English - both verbal and written
· Computer skills in MS Office especially Excel
· ERP System knowledge (SAP is a surplus)
· Effective communication and persuasive skills
· Understand and comply with codes of conduct and ethical principles
· Learn new knowledge and skills
· Plan the works at the expected level and determine the priorities as required
· Male candidates must have completed military service.
What will be your responsibilities and duties?
· Making the purchase of the materials and service with best quality, best delivery, best price
· Getting price offers ; releasing Purchase Orders and following up the deliveries
· Having knowledge of the material prices and finding new suppliers where needed
· Making market price search for the materials which will be ordered
· Responsible for documents related with work flows, procedures and forms for Purchasing Department
· Management of Service Purchase Agreements (sourcing, contracting, documentation, archiving)
· Responsible for achieving necessary documents, contracts, mails, reports
