General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Preferably, at least 3 years of experience in the defense industry and multi-stakeholder technical projects.
• Familiarity with project management processes, PMBOK, Agile, etc., and preferably PMP certification.
• Strong competency in MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team player.
• Willing to take responsibilities and initiatives.
• Good planning and coordination skills.
• Analytical thinking capability.
• Adaptable to remote or flexible working hours.

Job Description:

• Plan, monitor, and control project activities related to the schedule.
• Coordinate tasks with operational departments.
• Manage information flow among stakeholders.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommend actions.
• Prepare and keep project documentation (reports, presentations, schedules, budgets, etc.) up-to-date.
• Track technical requirements, customer expectations, and contractual obligations.
