QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

At Framo Morat Türkiye - the Turkish division of the German - we are always looking for ways to improve our products and processes. We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who will leverage their technical expertise and sales skills to support our international/national projects.
Responsibilities:

Analyze the technical requirements of international clients and propose the most suitable products/services,

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and manage proposal processes,

Monitor global market trends and identify new business opportunities,

Play an active role in project follow-up and customer relationship management,

Communicate effectively in English (and other languages if applicable) for technical and commercial matters,

Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
-
Minimum one year of experience in technical sales, preferably with international project exposure,

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills,
-
Advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal), additional languages are a plus,
-
Excellent intercultural communication and persuasion skills,
-
Willingness to travel and adapt to a flexible work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous exposure to aerospace, automotive, energy, or manufacturing industries.
- German language skills are desirable.
