QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Export Sales Specialist for our business partner, a well-established food company with exports to over 80 countries, an in-house R&D center, and a newly public status.
Job description
- Manage existing customer portfolio and identify new business opportunities within the assigned region,
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and establish distributor networks,
- Attend international fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits,
- Prepare and report pre- and post-sales performance,
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order and delivery processes,
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making,
- Meet regional sales targets and contribute to overall export growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from related departments,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export and international sales, (preferably in FMCG – confectionery or chocolate industry)
- Fluent in English; a second foreign language is a plus,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Proficient in foreign trade regulations and export procedures,
- Experience in managing sales and distribution channels,
- Previous experience in international exhibitions and customer visits,
- No restrictions for international travel,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed, (for Turkey-based roles)
- Ability to establish and manage distributor networks,
- Customer- and quality-oriented mindset,
- Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills,
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and team-oriented personality.
