What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

  • Establish and maintain close relationships with internal customers to ensure that business requirements are taken into account in the development of HR initiatives and HR standards; ensure full understanding and implementation of procedures in the support area
  • Provide coaching to employees and management; explain and present HR concepts and tools to employee groups, promoting and supporting an employee-oriented high-performance culture
  • Take ownership of initiatives and projects identified for the area of responsibility based on organizational needs and global initiatives on the same topic
  • Propose, implement and update guidelines and policies to ensure relevant HR services and permanent employment standards
  • Challenge existing processes (policies, structure, etc.) and status quo; think outside the box; proactively engage with HR leadership teams to find advice and solutions in alignment with the cross-regional team
  • Work closely with Management in the structuring and development of relevant teams and support agreed action plans
  • In alignment with Talent Acquisition Teams and Line Managers, manage the recruitment process in the area of responsibility according to established standards, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
  • Continue the implementation of Employee and Management development tools and concepts
  • Work closely with the HR team on process improvement; mediate between Line Manager, Senior Management and employees on training needs and activities
  • Monitor, report and create actions required to improve KPIs in the area of responsibility


What kind of profile are we looking for?
  • Min. 2-3 years of progressive work experience in the generalist field of HR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, HRM or a related field
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, preferably pertaining to industrial relations
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Human Resources Information Systems and comfortable learning new technical systems when necessary
  • Based in Bandırma or willing to relocate; open to travel
