QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably University graduate from Tourism and Hotel Management
  • At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist
  • Fluency in English (second language would be an asset)
  • Able to use MS Office applications and Opera program
  • Ability to represent and persuade
  • Successful in human relations
  • Always attentive to look professional and well-groomed
  • Working with a passion for perfect service

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To meet our guests in accordance with hotel standards and to carry out relevant transactions
  • To respond to the requests of our guests in accordance with the hotel procedures
  • To have information about all the products used by the hotel for service
  • Supervising and ensuring the accuracy of Front Office records
  • Ensuring the security of all cash, property and valuables and maintaining the confidentiality of hotel and guest information
  • To fulfill other duties requested by the management and reasonable requests of our guests
  • To provide the necessary communication in the resolution of guest complaints
  • To comply with the hotel's fire, health and safety rules and standards
  • To exchange information fully and effectively with the previous and next shift
