Why This Role?
As Ünye Maden continues to expand globally in the white bentonite and cat litter industries, we are looking for a commercially driven, internationally minded International Sales Specialist to support our growth strategy. This role goes beyond traditional sales, it involves managing key client relationships, working cross-functionally, and contributing to our presence in global markets. For the right candidate, it offers strategic exposure and strong leadership growth potential within the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in manufacturing/export-focused industries
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP system familiarity (e.g., MS Dynamics) is an advantage
- Strong communication, project coordination, and multitasking skills
- B-class driving license; no travel restrictions
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Ünye, Fatsa or Ordu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with international clients and key accounts
- Lead business development initiatives in targeted markets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic growth
- Represent the company in trade fairs, customer visits, and project meetings
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (Logistics, Production, R&D, Quality) to align on customer requirements
- Oversee end-to-end project and sales cycle follow-up, from inquiry to shipment
- Support international visits and customer trials, ensuring seamless communication
- Travel internationally as needed, acting as a company ambassador in all business negotiations
