We are looking for an '' Assistant Quality System Management Manager'' to be in Akyazı . A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Managing and developing the Quality/Food Safety/System Management system of 5 factories, dealer and warehouses,
- Acts in accordance with the policies, procedures and instructions published and implemented within the scope of Management Systems (KVKK, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS, Halal, YYS, Scan),
- Ensures the sustainability of management systems by following current standards.Monitoring and controlling the documentation,
- Establishing and managing systems that comply with international quality standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and etc.,
- Monitors the compliance of all locations' internal and external audits, hygiene audits, supplier audits, OEM company audits, dealer and warehouse audits with the plan,
- Prepares audit reports and ensures that actions are taken and followed up,
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements,
- Ensuring that all departments work inline with the principles of the quality assurance system,
- Carrying out Quality Risk Assesment studies,
- Examining and follow up the root cause, action planning and implementation of corrective-Improving Activities,
- Managing improvement projects about product efficiency, qaulity and food safety,
- Provides management of the team under his/her responsibility,
- Leading the team to establish quality management systems, prepare documents and ensure the continuity of their implementation,
- Preparing trainings for food safety and quality culture,
- Manages dealers' audit processes,
- Monitors audit performances and actions,
- Manages OEM processes,
- Preparing and presenting performance ,KPI,YGG reports.
Qualifications
- Graduate from Food or Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
- Knowledge and experience with food safety management systems (TSE 22000, ISO 9001, BRC etc.),
- Preferably has ISO 9001 and 22000 auditor certification,
- Preferably with experience on auditing certification or equivalent experience,
- Preferably quality system management experience in FMCG manufacturing environment min. 5 years,
- Working in harmony and coordination with the team with strong communication skills,
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and presence in meetings,
- Being solution-oriented with an innovative perspective, resolving complex problems,
- Acting proactively by taking responsibility with a system development perspective,
- Experience in team management,
- Have a good command of spoken and written English,
- Preferably have knowledge SAP,
- No restriction to travel.
