QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree from related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources as a HRBP or HR Generalist
  • High performing
  • Stakeholder management
  • Adapts and leads through uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Ability to work well with cross functional teams
  • Influential and has critical thinking skills
  • Result-oriented, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills within a matrix organization
  • Facilitation, presentation, communication, conflict management, and planning skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Act as the primary contact for employees for all people and organization related issues
  • Translate business strategies and priorities into HR plans
  • Execute workforce planning, responsible for budget processes of the headcount and department
  • Design, execute and improve all employee experience cycle
  • Build organizational capabilities through advising, facilitating, and supporting Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Organizational Development Review, Talent Management and Succession Planning processes
  • Execute and support HR processes such as on-off boarding, salary increase, job offers, JD update, promotions, surveys, global mobility, rewards and recognition processes, and employee related transactions (acceptance and controlling employment documents for newcomers, disciplinary cases, personnel transportation, HSE etc.)
  • Identify training & development needs with a view to enhance organizational capability development
  • Implement, deliver, and share insights to improve global or local initiatives and programs regarding Learning & Development activities, HRIT projects, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing
  • Implement and execute internal communication and employer branding initiatives
  • Take an active role in performance management system, and provide guidance to departments such as objective setting, objective audit, performance meetings, feedback sessions, performance improvement program
  • Assess and measure employee engagement and to motivation to foster engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment
  • Coach managers and teams on employee related issues
