QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level IT support to internal users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
- Support data backup and disaster recovery processes
- Manage software installations, updates, and license tracking
- Collaborate with external vendors for system updates and troubleshooting when necessary
- Ensure IT security protocols and policies are followed
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and support procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Good understanding of IT security practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
