What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Ensure food safety and product quality through necessary controls and inspections.
- Conduct sensory analysis and calibration checks.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and report non-conformities.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Identify and implement preventive and corrective actions in production.
- Make decisions on product use or release in case of deviations.
- Conduct process-related trial studies.
- Maintain HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 practices.
- Initiate and document corrective actions for HACCP non-conformities.
- Report food safety issues to Quality Assurance.
- Comply with FSSC 22000-HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Participate in the HACCP team and conduct traceability drills.
- Monitor cleaning activities.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in, Food Engineering
- Basic level English.
- Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel).
- Living in Bandırma.
