Position Details
As Toyota Boshoku Türkiye, we are looking for a “Safety Specialist" working in the HSE & Fire Department, located in Adapazarı (Sakarya).
Job Description
Your Tasks will be:
- Preparing, revising and applying health, safety regulations and procedures
- Conducting Health and Safety orientation trainings
- Performing audits at TBT regarding 6331 Health and Safety regulation
- Preparing draft inspection reports to document inspection findings
- Following up updates on Health and Safety regulations
- Preparing periodic Health and Safety reports and presentations
- Planing emergency plan, fire hazard emergency and informing employees accordingly
- Ensuring necessary measures are taken and shared considering regional and local accidents
- Conducting and supporting corrective and preventive measures for Occupational Health and Safety
- Performing other Health and Safety related duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environment, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety departments or other related fields
- C Class Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in safety
- Automotive experience is preferred
- Advanced computer skills; excellent users of MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking, result oriented, fast in action but with detailed planning
- Team working oriented
- Having driving licence is preferred
- Completed military service or booked for paid military service for male candidates
- Residing/ able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli
