QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for “Maintenance and Reliability Leader” to join Central Maintenance Department at ÇİMSA.
As Maintenance and Reliability Leader at Çimsa, you will be responsible for:
• Determining the maintenance performances of the factories and monitoring these performances.
• Carrying out improvement studies to increase maintenance performances.
• To carry out standardization studies in maintenance methods between factories,
• Carrying out benchmark studies between factories and communicating with the maintenance units in all locations, ensuring that they act together in predictive maintenance activities, digitalization and performance monitoring of machinery and equipment.
• Providing expert support to factories in specific measurement and chronic failures when needed.
• Being able to work actively in the field and take measurements in factories located in different locations.
• Online vibration and oil analysis systems will be followed and reports will be created.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in the maintenance and/or predictive maintenance unit in the Cement, Gypsum, Mining or Iron and Steel industry,
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Autocad programs,
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance issues,
• Able to carry out projects on increasing machine and operational efficiency,
• Ability to perform the vibration analysis and ultrasonic analysis,
• Able to master measurement techniques and use measurement tools and devices,
• Open to innovation, learning, and having given or experienced technical training,
• Have upper intermediate level of English,
• No travel restrictions,
• Resident in Mersin or Adana.
