Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures.You’ll be part of the sales team, which works directly with our ICP to build lasting relationships and drive revenue growth. With a deep understanding of our customer’s pain points and needs, this team positions our platform as the ideal solution in the market.
Our customer base in Turkey expanded rapidly over the last 6 months, which led us to grow our customer success capacity. We continue to make sure our customers are happy with our product and motivate them to use its full potential.
That’s why we’re looking for a strong Customer Success Manager who can help us build long-lasting relationships with our customers.
What You Will Do
- Be the client’s advocate. Ensure clients have a smooth experience with our product and respond promptly to any issues or concerns.
- Drive account expansion. Grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling, especially among mid-size and enterprise clients.
- Lead feature adoption. Help clients implement and adopt new Adapty features — a key KPI for the Turkish market.
- Maintain customer retention. Prevent churn through proactive communication, managing expectations, and ensuring client success.
- Support business development and customer support. Assist customers in plan upgrades and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings. Host regular online and occasional offline meetings to strengthen relationships.
- Report product feedback. Collect and share client insights, feature requests, and bug reports to drive product improvement.
- Build relationships and trust. Expand contact coverage within client teams, establish rapport with key stakeholders, and foster customer loyalty.
- Stay market-aware. Monitor local competitors (e.g., RevenueCat) and adjust communication and strategy accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with both Turkish and international clients.
- Fluent Turkish speaker. Deep understanding of the Turkish market, pricing sensitivity, and cultural nuances.
- Fluent English. Strong verbal and written communication in English is a must – ideally suitable for handling US-based clients in the future.
- Proven experience. 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B SaaS Sales, ideally with mobile apps or subscription products.
- Sales-oriented mindset. You’re not afraid to sell – upsell and cross-sell are part of your natural workflow.
- Self-sufficient and proactive. You take ownership, can work independently, and don’t require constant supervision.
- Strong business acumen. You know how to manage client portfolios and develop strategic plans for retention and growth.
- Experience in client portfolio development, analysis, or account segmentation.
- Familiarity with mobile monetization tools like RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
