Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as
/ Support the preparation and implementation of Customer Service Marketing strategies and the regional roadmap
/ Plan, execute, and adapt online and offline marketing campaigns in line with the strategy to increase service product sales
/ Develop and implement creative marketing ideas to increase visibility and profitability of our service offerings
/ Manage Customer Service Corporate Identity (CI) and Corporate Design (CD) projects across the region
/ Coordinate website content and social media communications to ensure a consistent, relevant, and engaging presence across digital channels
/ Lead service marketing communication operations in the region: localize global content, implement campaigns, and drive knowledge transfer
Your Profile
/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field
/ Proficient in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
/ 3–4 years of hands-on marketing experience (including campaign management, digital tools, market research, and content creation)
/ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
/ Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach
/ Passionate about marketing and customer service, with an entrepreneurial mindset
