QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree,
- Minimum 3 years experience as HR Business Partner,
- Has a background in recruitment, onboarding, HR practices and processes, employee relations, HR metrics,
- Proficiency in Labour Law,
- Good command of MS Office programs, especially in Excel,
- Proficiency in English,
- Ability to team work, detail and result oriented, analytical, strong communication and human relations skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The management of Head Office HR processes,
- Responsible to whole recruiting process, onboarding, norm check, legal processes, exit interviews, talent management,
- Supporting the HR processes of responsible teams in line with company policies and strategies,
- Following up the promotion, appointment and internal candidates processes,
- Supporting to resolve employee relations issues,
- Analyzing organizational needs and ensuring coordination,
- Reporting to the HR Manager of relevant HR metrics.
