Qualifications;
· University graduate from a reputable university, preferably in Foreign Trade, Logistics management , department of business
· Experience on foreign trade legislation
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
· Analytical Minded, Innovative, Result Oriented and Good at Team Work,
· Result oriented team worker and eager to take initiative,
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,
· No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description;
· Maintain control and ensure regulations to all export processes and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures.
· Design all standard operating procedures for all export processes according to company policies and administer each shipment to avoid any delays and monitor all activities in foreign trade zone
· Formulating, organizing and executing acquisition requests and making sure that the files and documents maintained in the organization are accurate.
· Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues.
· Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry.
· Evaluate all items for export and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with customer brokers to provide clearance of all export and maintain required documents.
· Monitor and provide response to all custom inquiries and requests and obtain required product certifications for all export and import products for custom clearance.
· Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all import policies and perform regular audits on all broker activities.
