Job Description
- Develop and implement account strategies, focusing on deeper alignment and penetration of accounts, expanding new opportunity pipelines, design win closure rates and revenues
- Synthesize the customers’ requirements and communicate the needs to the relevant product lines and business units to maximize solution selling.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and provide timely updates to clients on the progress.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance, identify areas of improvement, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Handle any escalated issues or complaints from clients, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the clients' confidence in our company.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular and proactive customer visits, establishing effective communication channels,
- Analyze sales strategies based on new customers and products, continually expanding the portfolio and strategically growing existing customer base,
Experience and Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in relevant field
· Tenured and proficient KA Management or in a similar client-facing role,
· Sales, business development and marketing competence in Power/ Data cable sector,
· Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing key client relationships.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' businesses and identify growth opportunities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluency in English
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
· Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
