Döhler Turkey is looking for a " R&D Engineer " to be employed in our Karaman Plant with the following qualifications;
Your Role:
- Carrying out new product development activities in the health&nutrition sector,
- Gaining experience in the full cycle of development, from idea to product and conceptual design,
- Monitoring market trends and new technologies, and adapting accordingly,
- Supporting article and paper publication processes,
- Managing digital workflows and ensuring smooth progress of related tasks,
- Participating in product release processes and first production runs in facilities,
- Conducting and overseeing all quality control analyses during product development,
- Performing and monitoring shelf-life tests for product formulations,
- Collaborating with Business Units through regular meetings and creating actionable business plans to address current issues,
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of market and customer needs.
Your Profile:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food or Chemical Engineering,
- Up-to-date with industry innovations and trends,
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus,
- Experience in article and paper publications (preferred),
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
