General Qualifications:
- Graduated from Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
- At least 10 years of experience in the field, minimum 2 years of team management,
- Good command of English,
- He has leadership skills,
- Successful in problem analysis, negotiation and problem solving activities,
- Strong planning and follow-up skills, analytical thinking, result-orientated work,
- Prone to teamwork, successful in human relations, persuasion and representation skills.
Job Description:
- To manage production method studies and process improvements,
- Kanban, Levelling, Heijunka, Cell Production, One Piece Flow, 5S, VSM, PDCA, SMED... etc. to ensure the application of lean production techniques,
- Determining the earning projects that need to be realised annually, assigning tasks to the relevant people and calculating weekly - monthly realisation results / reporting to senior management,
- To organise studies to verify and improve the BOM and routing information defined in the system,
- To make annual investment plans and follow up monthly realisation results / report to senior management,
- To work with the R&D department in RTC (Redesign to Cost) and CI (Continuous Improvement) designs, to support the design for production,
- Make or Buy, Transfer, etc. to make cost analyses when necessary in project studies,
- To make relevant training organisations in order to spread the awareness of lean production at all levels.
