QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Description and Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the strategic customer’s needs and requirements
- Help identifying up-selling price strategy, bargain the prices with key accounts, and follow the revenue and profitability of the Company
- Closely following and analyzing key metrics, industry dynamics, market trends, competitor activities and performance data
- Maintain and expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Close work with various significant Company’s divisions as a key support’s interface to maintain and develop the strategic relationships with the owned Accounts
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration or related department
- Preferably a similar client-facing role experience in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills either German or English, or both
- Strong sales acumen with negotiation, communication, problem-solving, relationship-building and organizational skills
