EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Provide support to office manager for all movement/office space improvement project
- Involved in organizing meetings, conferences, seminars and webinars; organize coffee breaks and lunches during meetings and trainings
- Support of internal document flow
- Oversee the executive’s emails and correspondence, providing responses when necessary
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations
- Efficiently manage changes in the executive’s schedule
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments, as well as external stakeholders
- Provide support for project tracking and process management
- Help on inventory maintenance, receive/send equipment, allocate it to responsible employees in databases
- Assistance in the preparation of advance reports
- Ordering and issuing office supplies
- Preparation of printed materials
QUALIFICATION
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as an executive assistant
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Adaptable to a high-paced work environment
