Döhler Turkey is looking for an " IT Specialist " to be employed in Karaman Plant with following qualifications;
Your Role
- IT asset support,
- Implementing maintain servers,
- Maintaining offices and plants network,
- Monitoring IT performance and delivery indicators,
- Supporting local infrastructure for 1st and 2nd line,
- Supporting desktop, laptop and mobile device installation and configuration,
- Supporting Label printers and conference room meetings installation and configuration,
- Supporting barcode scanners configuration (Zebra brands),
- Using Dohler’s global ticketing tool to manage all tickets related with the IT support,
- Communicating with global IT teams, vendors and service providers on an accountable level to solve local IT problems,
- Any other IT tasks related with IT support.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field,
- Min. 3 years of experience in similar operations,
- Management of plant IT infrastructure and network,
- Good knowledge of active directory and domain controller,
- Knowledge in operational systems windows 7, windows 10 and windows mobile,
- Experience in terminal server management,
- Knowledge on virtual server management,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- Have a good knowledge of MS outlook, MS office applications,
- No obstacle to frequent travels across plants in case of any need,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
