As Döhler Turkey, we are looking for an Product Specification Specialist for our Karaman Plant who meets the qualifications below:
Your Role:
- Manage sample flow processes, plan analysis priorities, and define laboratory priorities.
- Track incoming and outgoing samples to ensure traceability, reporting, and timely communication.
- Coordinate team requests and maintain effective communication with the laboratory team.
- Manage external laboratory processes, including registration, data control, completion of missing information, tracking purchase orders (PO), and providing customer updates.
- Provide written, visual, and presentation support for project-based processes; prepare and deliver presentations when necessary.
- Support projects within the scope of ISO 17043 Proficiency Testing accreditation: define scope, provide information, and conduct pricing studies.
- Develop, monitor, and execute digitalization projects, ensuring the establishment of effective communication networks for these projects.
- Evaluate internal customer complaints and manage the entire complaint handling process for analytical operations, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Contribute to traceability and quality management system processes.
- Follow-up of Kaizen projects.
- Manage external laboratory processes, including registration, data control, completion of missing information, tracking purchase orders (PO), and providing customer updates.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Food Engineering, Molecular Biology, or related disciplines).
- Experience in laboratory operations, sample management, project management, or quality systems is an asset (preferably in the food or analytical laboratory industry).
- Experience in digital transformation or process improvement projects is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment when needed.
