QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Following and controlling payroll and time attandence processes
· Supporting&Improving the implementation of HR tools, systems and processes
· Ensuring HR policies and procedures, labor law requirements are applied and guiding the employees according to company policies and procedures
· Taking active role in all HR projects and practices
· Tracking&Improving of HR statistical data and reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field especially in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Labor Economics
· Minimum 5 years work experience in payroll operations
· Experienced in country's specific fiscal law, social security and labour applications
· Good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially excel and powerpoint)
· SAP Payroll module knowledge is an advantage
· Competent in data analysis and reporting skills
